Enrolment Advisor
Full-timeThe Enrolment Advisor plays a critical role in guiding prospective students through the application, admission, and enrolment processes at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI). The post holder will manage high-volume communications via phone, email, and CRM systems, provide accurate information on programmes and policies, and support applicants throughout the matriculation process.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to maintain a high-energy, professional approach in a fast-paced environment.
The Enrolment Advisor reports directly to the Admissions Manager and contributes to UCCI’s mission of delivering a positive student experience from first contact to enrolment.
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: KYD $36,528 – KYD $46,740 per annum (Grade P)
- Employer-covered medical, co-contributory pension, and 15 days annual leave
Dean – Humanities & Social Science
Full-timeReporting to the Provost and Vice President – Academic Affairs, the Dean is the academic and administrative leader for the division and is responsible for oversight of teaching, scholarly activity, professional development, faculty recruitment and supervision, budgetary planning and management, strategic planning, fundraising and grant-seeking for these programmes within the University College. The position requires a thorough appreciation and understanding of these disciplines.
The Dean works closely with all instructional leaders, faculty and staff to develop and deliver integrated programs to promote student success, provide effective leadership and management of personnel in accordance with the mission, vision and strategic objectives of the University College. The Dean is responsible for developing a collaborative strategy with all stakeholders of the university and cultivating a culture of academic excellence.
The post-holder will promote and facilitate: student success, including for non-traditional and first- generation college students; student enrollment and retention; faculty recruitment, selection and assignment; faculty success; accredited academic programming; and community engagement to build resources through philanthropy.
The Dean must understand the increasing complexities of tertiary education, including equity and inclusion in all levels of a college setting. Further, the Dean will cultivate and lead expanding opportunities and demands of serving the university’s diverse community and external educational partners.
Salary Range: KYD $97,860.00 – KYD $128,388.00 per annum. (GRADE G)

particularly mandated to facilitate innovation in the sectors for which it has responsibility for the promotion of economic development.
Regulatory Counsel
Full-timeThe Regulatory Counsel serves as the Office’s principal legal adviser, providing decisive and
authoritative counsel to the Chief Executive Officer, Board, and executive and senior management
across all regulated sectors including electricity/energy, fuels, water, and ICT. This executive
leadership role combines strategic legal guidance with active legal practice, focused primarily on
regulatory law and its application to multi-sector utility oversight.
While the Director of Economics & Regulatory Affairs handles economic policy and compliance functions, the Regulatory Counsel leads all legal matters impacting the Office, including regulatory and administrative law, litigation, statutory interpretation, corporate governance, and contractual issues. The post-holder is expected to draft legal opinions, prepare determinations, and manage complex disputes, while also advising on legislative reform, regulatory risk, and governance matters.
The Regulatory Counsel will manage and mentor the Associate Regulatory Counsel and foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous development within the Office’s legal function.
