The post holder will assist the Manager in providing financial and bookkeeping services for the agency, ensuring that the agency fulfils its financial requirements.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Preparation of correspondence, electronic or otherwise, monthly.
- Assist in maintaining an annual budget.
- Prepares monthly payments to suppliers, employees and all invoices raised against the relevant attraction.
Tour Dispatcher
Full-timeResponsible for gathering cruise guests at the pier and placing them in the correct holding area for tour dispatch. Collect cruise line tour issued tickets and provide each guest with the appropriate CTC wristband, and escort tour group to contracted transportation providers and dispatch tour. Count adult and children’s tickets for each tour and have Shorex count and sign off.
In addition, this position will from time to time monitor the Independent Tour Operators (ITO’s) for accuracy of their script delivery, new turtle protocols, and report any discrepancies or infractions to the Tours and Quality Assurance Manager (TQAM). Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer.
Seasonal Kitchen Helper (6 Month Contract)
ContractualThis is a seasonal position offered on a six (6) month contract. Workdays and hours are scheduled on a rotational basis and may be adjusted in accordance with business demands. The successful applicant will be required to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as necessary, and must be prepared to perform a variety of duties as operational needs require.
The CTC offers a competitive benefits package, which includes five (5) paid vacation days, five (5) paid sick days, one (1) paid personal day, 50% contribution toward Pension, and 50% contribution toward Health Insurance. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The salary for this position is Grade “Q” at KYD $3,003.00 per month.
Warehouse Keeper (Part Time)
Part timeUnder the Inventory Control Supervisor (ICS), the Part-Time Warehouse Keeper will help to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse by maintaining inventory, managing stock levels, and performing routine checks to ensure accuracy. The Warehouse Keeper plays a key role in supporting the flow of merchandise and other items that flow through the warehouse by performing various tasks such as processing incoming merchandise, stocking, organizing, and dispatching inventory.
This position also involves supporting other areas in the department as required, contributing to the overall departmental productivity and operational effectiveness. The general purpose of this role is to help maintain proper inventory procedures in the retail department, specifically the storeroom, retail floor, courtyard stall, Mini Splash and any other location as requested by the manager.

Provide technical oversight and coordination activities in relation to the installation of new and maintenance of current systems within the responsibility of the Communication Navigation & Surveillance (CNS) Section. Support the CNS Manager, the Maintenance Programme Coordinator and supervise a team of Aviation Electronic Technicians. Carry out planned and corrective maintenance of CNS and other electronic equipment owned or operated by the Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA).
