Mr. Powell brings over 20 years of experience as a senior Civil Servant, having served across five Ministries within the Cayman Islands Government — including the Ministry of Works & Infrastructure, Community Affairs, Sports, Housing, and, for the past eight years, the Ministry of Tourism.

In his current role, Perry provides strategic leadership to the Tourism portfolio and supports the advancement of national tourism policy and initiatives.
