About Us
The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) is regulated by two main legislation: the Litter Act and the Public Health Act and Regulations. There is no regulation under the Litter Law.

Residents can also deposit household waste and recyclable items at the 24-hour drop-off site located at the front of the George Town landfill.
